Billion C & C Limited brings nearly four decades of interior design and construction experience to every project. Originally established as Karlson C & C Limited, the company has deep roots in Hong Kong while extending its operations across the United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. In 2014, the company achieved a significant milestone by successfully listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and currently holds a general contractor license.
Since 2005, Billion C & C Limited has specialized in commercial building, industrial building, and residential-to-hotel conversion projects. Our portfolio includes nearly 30 completed hotel projects and over 4,000 guest rooms, encompassing diverse dining spaces and luxury suites. In recent years, we have been entrusted with prestigious local educational institutions and student accommodation projects, including Harrow International School, Hong Kong Sports Institute, and Metropolitan University dormitories.
